For the ninth time going, the Porter Drinkers Association in cooperation with the Swedish Beer Consumers Association and Hotel Waterfront Göteborg organise

Gothenburg Porter Festival 

Saturday 18:th of November 2023 at 12-21.

As a guest, you can in pleasant forms sample an abundance of different porter and stout varieties. Both Swedish and imported varieties will be served. The entire festival takes place in the old Carnegie brewery premises that for over 30 years has been a four star hotel.

Added to the above, you have the opportunity to see the porter brewery’s beautiful old brewhouse, which is partly preserved. Porter sampling will be held in the Great Vat, a porter vat holding 93 000 liters where King Karl XIV Johan had breakfast in 1820. You have the opportunity to participate in the exciting Porter Vote in several classes.
